Design build and custom projects make up the vast majority of the projects we complete. Essentially what this means is that we start with our client’s needs and/or wants and work towards achieving their goals. Whether it’s a renovation or a new build, our team works with our clients to conceptualize their vision, guide their decision making, and bring the project to life.

Our ability to plan and execute design build and custom projects has allowed us to deliver complicated projects with exceptional results for many happy clients. This requires the right process and an experienced team (small army) of professionals. It all starts in-house with our deep knowledge base from current design trends to new building materials and techniques. This remains forefront of our approach. -Engineers: Ensures that construction details are correctly specified for a robust build that will meet the building code and stand the test of time.

-Surveyors: Provide accurate surveys, lot/site plans, and mark outs.

-Arborists: Assist with tree related matters.

-Suppliers: Work closely with us and our clients to ensure that all fixtures and finishes are correctly selected. Want to see what your new kitchen will look like? Not to worry, a computerized rendering will do just that.

-Designers: Can also aid in this process, adding an additional level of expertise when it comes to colours, selections, functionality and positioning.

-Tradespeople: Putting it all together day in and day out, our tradespeople collectively bring the vision to life. Assembled over decades our dedicated craftsman make challenging tasks look easier.
