Siding & Aluminum

All homes have some sort of exterior cladding or siding that wraps the home and protects it against the elements, while adding beauty and character. Brick, stone, precast concrete, aluminum siding, vinyl siding, composite siding, cement board siding such as Hardy board, stucco, and board and batton are some examples of the variety of different siding options available for your home. We can help you select an option that meets your aesthetic and budgetary objectives. Aside from aluminum siding, aluminum is also used as key material to assist with your home water management system. Eaves troughs, also known as rain gutters, are an integral part of you homes defense system against water. The main purpose of an eves trough is to protect a home’s foundation by channeling water away from it. Fascia or Fascia board caps the end of the rafters outside a house, which can be used to hold and support the rain gutter. The finished surface below the fascia and rafters is called the soffit or eave, which bridges the gap between a home’s siding and the roofline. Soffit vents are a key element of a home’s attic ventilation system. Soffits can be constructed from different types of decorative wood, but are most commonly found constructed of aluminum.
